At 7:30 o'clock, Sunday evening, a memorial service in honour of the great number of Swedes, and Swedish Americans, who went down with the Titanic, will be held in the Swedish, Lutheran Church, corner, state, and Franklin Street. A survivor, Mr Oscar Palmquist, will relate some of his experiences on the ill-fated liner, and of his remarkable rescue. Appropriate music and singing will be furnished by good talent. All countrymen in and about New Haven are invited to partake in this tribute to the many who so unexpectedly met disaster and death.
