Mrs. MARIE E. SPENCER died in Paris on Sunday, according to word received here yesterday. She was the widow of William Augustus Spencer, a well-known collector of rare editions. Her husband, who was an uncle of Lorillard Spencer, Jr., lost his life when the Titanic sank in mid-ocean.
