Supreme Court Justice Hendrick signed an order yesterday framing issues for a jury [illegible] in the divorce suit brought by Mrs. Florence Emanuel against Walter Emanuel, "also known as George W. Emanuel." They were married on March 1, 1906. Mrs Emanuel alleges that her husband was guilty of improper conduct with one Estelle Martin at the Hotel Franois and other hotels. Emanuel has filed an answer denying his wife's charges.
