JOLLY DAYS FOR SEAMEN'S ORPHANS
A Visit to the Isle of Wight
Children from the Seamen's Orphanage at Southampton who are enjoying a Summer Holiday at Ryde, Isle of Wight
Among them are many youngsters whose fathers went down with the "Titanic." The port, it will be remembered, was a town of grief and sorrow after the disaster, as it was the home of the great majority of the crew. The little paddle-boats are propelled about the canoe lake by pedals which the boys work themselves. Surely no boys could imagine a more attractive form of boat than these little paddle-craft.
