FLORA DELARGY est une autrice et illustratrice irlandaise de Belfast. Elle est titulaire d’un master en illustration de livres jeunesse de la Cambridge School of Art. En 2019, elle a été sélectionnée pour l’exposition des illustrateurs à la Foire du livre de jeunesse de Bologne.
