After learning that someone from his hometown had survived the disaster, John Pulos embarked on 15 years of research on the ship, the passengers who lived near his hometown, and the exquisite meals served aboard the ill-fated ship. During those years, he hosted 10 Titanic Dinners at his restaurant, plus a lavish 100th Anniversary Dinner at the Harbor Hotel in Watkins Glen, NY. John Pulos has spent his 74 years in Finger Lakes Region of NY. He’s been a teacher and coach, restaurant owner, wine educator and, with the publication of his first book, “Looking at Wine Through a Different Window,” an author.
