When First Class Passenger Tyrell Cavendish descended the grand staircase on the Titanic, perhaps he was reminded of the staircase at his family home, Crakemarsh Hall. The two had many similarities. Crakemarsh Hall is sadly now demolished but you can buy the staircase from an architectural salvage yard in England... for a mere £64,000.
