Master William Henry Middleton Noel

William Henry Middleton Noel (known as "Bobs") boarded the Titanic at Southampton with his father Major Gerard Thomas Noel.  They disembarked with their bicycles at Cherbourg, disembarking onto the tender Traffic.

William was a pupil of Eton College.

William served with the Yorkshire regiment during the First World War gaining the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. He also served with 4th Armoured Car Regiment, South African Forces gaining the rank of Captain.

He married Jacqueline Naomi Bendall (the daughter of R. Bendall), on 12 January 1934. and had a daughter, Lady Celestria Noel (b. 1939).

He also fought in the Second World War.

He died 6 August 1954.  His estate, valued at £8577 5s was left to his wife. She died in 1984.
