Case number C102. Certain facts of an undesirable nature reported with the result that Mrs. Foster (Widow) payments be suspended - also all payments stopped for the two daughters unless they go into a Home, in which case the whole allowance will be paid to support them.

Case number C102. That with regard to Mrs. Fosters request to be restored to the Fund. The Committee is willing to consider payment of the whole or any part of the allowance for the benefit of the two daughters when it shown that the girls future welfare if provided for. When this has been done the Committee is prepared to consider the reinstatement of the allowance to Mrs. Foster. (mother).
