Mr Rahamin Haim Moutal was born in Smyrna, Turkey in c.1884.
On 24th July 1907 in Belgium, he married Angele Wulff (born Brussels, Belgium c. 1886).1

They would have one daughter Nina Violetta Mary (1908-1979).2

In the 1911 Census he is listed with his wife and daughter at 27 Beauclere Road, Hammersmith, his occupation was Ladies Fancy Goods [dealer]
When he joined the Titanic at Southampton as a 3rd Class Passenger (ticket 374746, £8 1s) he was described as a 'Traveller'. The purpose of his journey is not known.
Rahamin Haim Moutal died in the sinking of the Titanic. His body was never recovered.
In a claim made against the White Star Line Angele Moutal sought $25,000 in compensation for her loss. She also received £262 in effects when his estate was administered on 20 June 1912.
The Mansion House Titanic Relief Fund made a weekly award to Mrs Moutal of £1. Her daughter, Nina, 2s. 6d. Emma Wulff3 was awarded 7s. 6d.
According to family sources Ninette Moutal applied to the ‘National Disasters Fund’ (incorporating the Lusitania, Empress of Ireland and Titanic relief funds) for emigration to Canada In 1927.4
In 1929 Angele Moutal remarried to Mr Henry J. Beal.5
