Duluth, Minn., April 17---Among the Duluth people on board the Titanic were Miss Constance Willard, John Hedberg and Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Silvey. The names of Mrs. Silvey and Miss Willard have appeared among those saved, but neither of the other two have appeared. A party of sixty Duluth people had made arrangements to sail on the Titanic for Europe on May 11.
