Peter Sloan - Various Memorials

Named on the magnificent Southampton Engineers memorial, East Park.

also named on a grave in the Anfield Cemetery, Liverpool. The inscription reads:

IN AFFECTIONATE REMEMBRANCE OF JEANIE MCMILLAN, THE BELOVED WIFE OF ALEXANDER SLOAN WHO DIED NOVEMBER 10th 1881 AGED 38 YEARS "THEM ALSO WHICH SLEEP IN JESUS WILL GOD BRING WITH HIM".

ALSO THE ABOVE ALEXANDER SLOAN WHO DIED APRIL 16th 1893 AGED 40 YEARS.

ALSO PETER ONLY SON OF THE ABOVE WHO LOST HIS LIFE WITH OTHER BRAVE OFFICERS IN TITANIC DISASTER 15th APRIL 1912 AGED 31 YEARS "FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH"
